I've had the pleasure of working with bikini competitors from all over the world and the US. All my clients have made improvements to their placing and significant changes to their bodies.
I am an ISSA certified personal trainer, IFBB PRO bikini athlete, health and fitness blogger, and I’m certified in nutrition. I've had the pleasure of training with the world’s best trainers and athletes in the fitness industry. I've also collaborated with the best nutritionist and dietitians to create this one of a kind program. My program will teach you how to sculpt your body, lose body fat, and increase your lean muscle mass .
The body is very tricky and needs to be manipulated in a certain way in order to get the results you want. If you decide to work with me I will be giving you a full body analysis ensuring that your training is focused around sculpting a feminine, tight, and toned physique. We’ll focus on developing your curves in certain areas while tightening and lifting others. Your program will be custom tailored specifically for you. No two plans that I complete are the same. (no cookie cutter crash diets here)
My meals plans are based in grams so you will have to start using a food scale and reading the back of all food labels in order to accurately follow your plan. Macro nutrients are your proteins, fats, and carbohydrates; in order to lose weight consistently and then maintain a healthy weight your body needs only a certain number of calories per day. Sticking to my macro ratios your body will quickly start losing weight. In this way we will be able to spike your metabolism but still giving you enough calories to put on size.
This is a 12 week program based on your BMR : basal metabolic rate (how many calories your body burns if sedentary.)
My program Incorporates all three of these elements to ensure you lose 1.5-2 lbs of fat body per week while retaining and gaining lean muscle mass. Although this is a mail away plan I am incredibly hands on and will be there for you every step of the way. I will teach you everything you need to know about nutrition, macros, resistance and cardiovascular training, sculpting your body, and will provide you with a full training program you can easily follow on your own .
My prep package includes:
1.Complete nutritional macro plan for either "lean gain" or "shred" depending on how far out you are and what changes we need to make to your body.
2. Resistance Training and Cardio program
3. Weekly progress check ins where you send me pics and I make suggestions and modifications to our plan (takes place every or every other Friday) .
4. Body analysis discussing what areas need improvement and how to make the right changes to your body.
5. 1 posing sessions
6. Competition consulting: hair, makeup, suit, tan, registration, check ins, along with anything else or any other questions you have regarding your show.
Contest Prep Nutrition:

- Complete macro nutrient plan tailored specifically to you and based on your BMR
- Food Guide and Food Exchange
- 12 Week “shred plan” or 12 week “lean gain” program
- Body fat analysis, body composition analysis, and BMR
