 I am an ISSA certified personal trainer,  IFBB PRO bikini athlete,  health and fitness blogger,  published fitness model,  and I'm certified in nutrition. As a pro athlete and personal trainer I have had the pleasure of training with the best trainers and athletes in the industry and worked with some amazing nutritionist and dietitians which have lead me to create a great prep program.  With this program I will teach you how to sculpt your body in such a way that you will not only lose body fat very quickly but simultaneously increase your lean muscle mass .

The body is very tricky and needs to be manipulated in a certain way in order to get the results you want. If you decide to work with me I will be giving you a full body analysis ensuring that your training is focused around sculpting a feminine,  tight,  and toned physique. Developing your curves in certain areas while tightening and lifting others. Your program will be designed specifically for you, based on your BMR , and tailored to target areas that not only need improvement but also development.

My prep package includes:

1.Complete nutritional macro plan for either "lean gain"  or "shred" depending on how far out you are and what changes we need to make to your body.
2. Resistance Training and Cardio program
3. Weekly progress check ins where you send me pics and I make suggestions and modifications to our plan (takes place every or every other Friday) .
4. Body analysis discussing what areas need improvement and how to make the right changes to your body.
5. Competition consulting: hair, makeup, suit, tan, registration, check ins, along with anything else or any other questions you have regarding your show.

With that being said, there are only 3 ways to truly lose weight and shed those extra lbs

1. Balanced nutrition meaning eating the right portions of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. People confuse eating healthy with eating balanced and just because something is gluten free and organic doesn't mean that it's actually going to make you look good or that it should be a huge part of your diet.

2. Cardio vascular training: cardio is what's going to help keep your heart rate up with in turn will allow you to shed fat more quickly. Now doing cardio alone without weight training will only turn you into a skinnier flabbier version of yourself. So if you are looking to be more lean and toned cardio alone isn't going to cut it you also need to weight train.

3. Resistance training : Muscle weighs more than fat but it is leaner and more dense than fat. The more muscle you have the less fat you have. Also, the more muscle you have the more those muscles need fuel. The way you fuel your muscles if through the foods you consume. The more muscle you have the more the foods you consume will feed your muscles and not get stored as fat.

My program Incorporates all three of these elements to ensure you lose 1.5-2 lbs of fat body per week while retaining and gaining lean muscle mass. Although this is a mail away plan I am incredibly hands on and will be there for you every step of the way. I will teach you everything you need to know about nutrition, macros,  resistance and cardiovascular training,  sculpting your body,  and will provide you with a full training program you can easily follow on your own .
